Punch Needle: Aged 8 and above

Tufting: Ages 10 to 16 must be accompanied by guardian

Extension Policy 

We charge $20 per extra hour for tufting and $10 per extra hour for Punch Needle workshop, subject to availability.

We charge an extra $20 for express service for rug to receive within 3 days or $50 for on the same day self collection (to allow at least 6 hours grace period)

For enquiries through Whatsapp, make payment via PayNow to UEN Number 53414970K, with your name in Remarks. Booking slot will be reserved for 30mins from inquiry, please make payment within the time frame. 

We Do Not offer refunds after payment confirmation. 

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule once to a date within 2 months from the original appointment date. Notice Must be given at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time, otherwise last minute rescheduling fees of $10/pax applies.

Reschedule slots are subjected to availability. For rescheduling notice given less than 24 hours, cost will apply.

No-shows will be considered as slots used.  

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are valid 6 months from purchase date.

Slots purchased may be used on separate occasions, or all at once with a group.

Giftcards are non-refundable.

Others

We do not deliver tufted mirror frames. All Mirror frames are to be self collected.

Rugs are only advised to be vacuumed or hand-washed with care.

Our Current Processing time is up to 2 months. Good stuff are worth the wait!
